We have a 90 day warranty on the toys available on this website.  All orders can be cancelled unless they have already been shipped.  If the customer decides against purchasing the product(s) after the delivery has left our facility, it is the customers responsibility to send the product back to us at their cost and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If a product is received damaged or not working, please contact us immediately and either replacement parts or a new unit will be sent out.
